CERTIFICATION AND CONTROLS
We are authorized to import narcotic raw materials on a commercial scale
and to regularly produce and distribute APIs worldwide.
Our site has been authorized for the production of controlled substances for nearly 100 years.
S.A.L.A.R.S. facilities are periodically inspected by authorities (such as FDA and AIFA) and host a permanent unit of the Guardia di Finanza, ensuring that all operations are properly documented in the dedicated registers and that all current regulations are followed.
Additionally, our facilities are subject to regular inspections by clients.
All production processes are registered and authorized by AIFA. Moreover, for products listed in the European Pharmacopoeia, S.A.L.A.R.S. has obtained European certification from EDQM (CEP – Certificate of Suitability).
