Project description: Through this project, the company has experimented with the use of IoT technologies to be applied to the ovens and reactors present in production, studying the behavior of variables and developing experimental management algorithms that can be applied to various plants and product types in order to reduce, if not eliminate, the need for manual intervention during the production process. The project involves studying mathematical algorithms that can replace manual product evaluation, ensuring the same final quality level, reducing the risks of personnel exposure to active ingredients, reducing energy consumption due to cycle interruption/resumption, reducing the risk of contamination of active ingredients related to human intervention, and reducing the amount of waste related to the use of disposable materials.
